If you are the emotional liberal type, this mindspace will make you uncomfortable. If you think my logic or facts are faulty, lets discuss it. When your findings disagree with my findings, that is dialogue. But using rhetoric to disagree with science is demogoguery. No demogoguery! I usually refrain from insults, but occasionally, ignorance and liberal hypocrisy bring out the worst in me.

And Then There Were Thirty

Today is the 30 anniversary of the day I first took the Oath of Enlistment. It seems like a blur. All of the 50 States and a number of territories. Too many countries to list. Moonless night missions and bawdy escapades with trusted comrades. It was 30 years ago yesterday that my dad expressed his concern that I wasn't cut out for the conformity of a military life. He was right. I conformed as little as possible. I did it my way...every day...and with few regrets.

30 Years Ago tomorrow, I woke up to the sound of a trashcan kicked down the aisle of the barracks... Basic Training.
