The Most Depressing Day of the Year
A British (figures) Psychologist has determined that a cumulative effect of personal and external stresses make today (Jan 24th the most depressing day of the year.
Now since I disagree with him, and posted something about this whole most depressing time of the year thing a while ago, I felt obligated to give him over to your attention to see if you agree.
As for you my friends if you find the day a little dark and the time of year hard, and perhaps you just don't feel at the top of your game, think about these two things.
The days are getting longer. (Except for you very few Sub-Equatorial readers)
Nothing will instantly make as much difference in your life as a good attitude.
Now put a smile on your face, get out there and "Get it Done"
