US Senate Site publicizes the fact that the majority of recent studies are opening up a gulf of doubt about manmade global warming. If consensus is the majority then the science is settled. There is no manmade global warming.

National Urban League President Marc Morial, a former mayor of New Orleans, said the data reflect a trend that cannot be reversed by law enforcement alone. It will require changes in public education and a revival of federal summer jobs programs for economically disadvantaged young people, he said.

“The mixture of illegal drugs, easy access to handguns, and young men who feel locked out of economic opportunity is what these statistics reflect,” Morial said.

Apparently guns are easy to obtain but white people are too stupid to take advantage of that access. Here's the DOJ page that shows the difference in murders per 100,000 between blacks and whites. Look at the second chart from the top. As you can see - black people are seven times smarter than white people because they've figured out how to take advantage of easy access to guns in order to perpetrate a murder rate 7 times that perpetrated by whites.

Or it's possible that white people have just as many guns statistically but aren't as willing to kill each other.

This is the outcome of liberalism. Aid for Families with Dependent Children stripped inner city men of the rights and responsibility of fathers. Young men grow up without proper male role models. They never see honest work turned into economic reward. They seekr economic reward through crime. They protect their lives and their reputations with violence.
